About

We built Pasento because finance operations were broken by design.

Founded by operators who ran into the same wall: slow close cycles, stale data, and finance systems that operated completely separate from the business. We built the operational infrastructure we always needed but couldn't find.

The problem

Every growing company hits the same wall. Finance systems run in a separate cadence from the business. Reporting is periodic when it needs to be continuous. Workflows are manual when they should be orchestrated. And the operational cost of just knowing your numbers is enormous.

Our answer

Build finance operations infrastructure — not a firm, not a tool. A continuous operational layer that connects your financial data, orchestrates your close workflows, and delivers real-time visibility as a managed system. With human operators embedded where judgment matters.

Principles

What we believe.

01

Operational Speed is a Competitive Edge

Financial data that's 30 days old is dead weight. Companies that close in days instead of months operate with a structural advantage.

02

Finance Should Run Where Businesses Run

Accounting that lives in a separate system is accounting that creates friction. Finance operations should be embedded, not bolted on.

03

Workflows Replace Manual Processes

Every manual step in a finance workflow is a failure point. Orchestrated processes eliminate the failure points — and the overhead that comes with them.

04

Reporting Should Be Continuous

Periodic reporting is an artifact of legacy systems. Modern finance infrastructure delivers visibility in real time — not as a monthly deliverable.

05

Finance Infrastructure Drives Better Decisions

Not a compliance cost. Not a back office function. The operational foundation that determines how quickly and confidently a business can move.

We're building the operational system that modern businesses run their finances on. We hire operators, systems thinkers, and people who believe finance infrastructure has been neglected for too long.
